Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Fleek’s end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution across product management and design, while building and scaling a high-performing product organization that fosters collaboration and clear ownership.
  • •Lead a high-performing design team, setting a clear vision, establishing best practices, and fostering user-centered decision-making.
  • •Drive an experimentation-led culture with rapid iteration, agility, and customer-centric decision making.
  • •Work closely with engineering for fast, high-quality delivery of product initiatives.
  • •Work cross-functionally with demand, supply, operations, and finance to align product priorities with business goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading product and design teams in high-growth, scaling environments.
  • •Strong collaboration with engineering to deliver complex product roadmaps.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams.
  • •Deep experience in entrepreneurship within a tech-driven scale-up, or as a founder (advantageous).
  • •Experience in an international marketplace business is a strong plus.
