Gruppenleiter Service, Training & Support (m/w/d)

Lead and develop a 20-person international team within the Repair Center International leadership group. Design and run modern training formats for global repair locations, ensuring high training quality through close collaboration with sales, tech support, and product management. Own service and repair process optimization and standardization across the full lifecycle, and drive the implementation of a new ERP system for service processes, including global projects where needed.
