Own creator acquisition, grooming, and creator communications for Lemon8 across mixed categories and projects. Build quarterly project plans to hit business goals (content, creators, topic acquisitions) and use in-app tools like H5, newsletters, and in-app messages to reach target users. Lead campaign recap and analysis, collaborate with monetization partners when applicable, and propose new ways of working to support OKRs—while working with cross-functional global teams in Chinese and English.
