Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic business partner, driving end-to-end process improvement, cost optimization initiatives, and commercial value creation across organizations.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor in financial matters to enable informed decision-making.
  • •Lead high-impact research and special studies to address evolving business challenges, support executive priorities, and strategic direction.
  • •Plan and execute planning and performance management analytical activities under the general supervision of higher-level P&PM Staff.
  • •Work with different levels of staff in the collection, analysis and consolidation of data required for business plan, accountability reports, quarterly business reviews, MIS and other ad-hoc reports needed by higher management.

Key Requirements

  • •A Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Accountancy or Finance) from a recognized university or related discipline; possession of relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is required.
  • •Nine years of relevant experience in planning & performance management within the oil and gas sector.
  • •Proven ability to handle complex problems in a rigorous, analytical fashion.
  • •Excellent command of oral and written English, with demonstrated capability of producing top quality written reports and presentations to management.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential.
