Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Perform QA activities including gate reviews and artifact reviews during development phases.
•Verify compliance with quality criteria across requirements, design, implementation, verification, release, and operations.
•Respond to OEM quality requirements and support quality meetings and quality audits.
•Analyze mass-production and field software quality issues, investigate root causes, and validate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
•Operate and improve quality processes and standards; manage quality metrics, maintain quality documents and procedures, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve risks and issues.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in automotive software, quality assurance/development quality, customer quality, or mass-production quality.
•Experience performing quality or development work in OEM or Tier 1/Tier 2 projects.
•Experience analyzing software quality issues and solving problems.
•Experience managing quality based on the software development lifecycle (SDLC), QA, and development processes.
•Experience managing software quality metrics and defect management, including communication to collaborate effectively with multiple organizations.
