Finance Business Partner

Partner with operational and clinical leaders to improve financial performance and embed finance thinking into day-to-day operations. Monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and provide insight and challenge to support decision-making. Build business cases, investment appraisals, and financial models, and support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting while delivering financial guidance and training to non-finance stakeholders.
