Key Responsibilities

  • •Design core product experiences end-to-end—from problem framing and flows to prototypes, visual design, and production polish.
  • •Collaborate closely with Head of Design and engineers to build a great product and establish design standards and systems.
  • •Help define and evolve Rogo’s design culture, processes, and design systems across the product.
  • •Focus on creating a product that differentiates in institutional finance by delivering delightful, high-velocity experiences.
  • •Prototype and iterate on ideas using AI tools, Figma, code, or pencil & paper to move quickly from concept to usable design.
