Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, develop, and retain a strong team of engineers.
  • •Set measurable team goals, run team ceremonies (weekly syncs, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sprint planning), and maintain an execution-ready backlog.
  • •Monitor in-flight work, resolve blocked items, and provide contextual updates and alignment across the organization.
  • •Own escalation and triage for production issues, community-reported bugs, and enterprise escalations related to autofill behavior and desktop integrations.
  • •Serve as the liaison between engineering and Design, Product, Architecture, and other engineering teams, synthesizing requests into prioritized, actionable work.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years total experience with 5–8 years leading engineering teams or complex product engineering initiatives.
  • •Experience leading delivery across engineering organizations and influencing multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile software development and modern product delivery lifecycles.
  • •Experience in engineering management, engineering delivery, product operations, design program management, or similar leadership roles.
  • •Strong technical background in CI/CD, automation, and release engineering, with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
