Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with law firms for new cases assigned for ADGM court and other case types (e.g., CHQ execution, REPO, civil/cases against bank), and update systems/trackers across stages.
  • •Back up other team members when needed during leaves or when out of office for related legal/collection case work.
  • •Monitor and manage vendor (law firm) work across assigned AUH cases, ensuring appropriate follow-up and case-stage updates.
  • •Liaise with law firms to get cases filed per agreed TAT and share additional required documents.
  • •Handle referred requests and escalations related to collections, take items to resolution, and support internal Collection/Recovery teams for legal support or advisory.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
  • •Coordinating with law firms on case assignment, filings, and tracking across multiple case stages.
  • •Ability to liaise with law firms to submit cases within agreed timelines (TAT) and provide additional required documents.
  • •Experience handling collections-related legal cases and supporting in-court settlement/releasing cases as needed.
