Job Summary

Lead the administration and technical direction of Skydio’s NetSuite ERP environment, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, RevOps, and IT to improve efficiency and decision-making. Configure and enhance NetSuite modules for core financial and operational processes, build workflows and reporting automation, and manage ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations with external platforms (e.g., Coupa, MES, PLM, CRM). Drive enterprise AI enablement and governance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as technical expert and administrator for enterprise systems (NetSuite ERP, Coupa, Ramp), ensuring stability, reliability, security, and performance.
•Configure and continuously improve NetSuite modules for inventory, procurement, manufacturing, planning, warehousing, order fulfillment, shipping, and finance.
•Design and maintain workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, custom fields, scripts, and automation to improve business efficiency and user experience.
•Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, module deployments, testing, and system enhancements from design through production deployment.
•Develop and maintain NetSuite integrations with external platforms (P2P, MES, PLM, CRM) and drive enterprise AI enablement with MCP integrations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years managing financial systems, with at least 3+ years on NetSuite ERP.
•Experience managing EDI and system integrations, including API integrations (REST/SOAP).

•Experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow (NetSuite development tools).
•4-year degree in CS/MIS or equivalent (Bachelor's or Master's).
