Coordinate daily equipment rentals by responding to inbound leads and guiding customers through the EquipmentShare rental process. Build and expand relationships with contractors and construction company principals, maintaining customer satisfaction and keeping accounts updated on new offers. Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints while using proactive sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience. Work with EquipmentShare’s proprietary T3 platform to ensure the right equipment is delivered at the right time.
