Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair complex machinery and production equipment as needed
  • •Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot problems, and address breakdowns
  • •Maintain facilities including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • •Conduct regular facility inspections and prioritize repairs to prevent production interruptions
  • •Provide recommendations for repair or replacement, coordinate with personnel, and keep management informed

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience in a manufacturing/production plant
  • •High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred)

  • •Experience with GMP/TPM/LEAN/OSHA and continuous improvement; exposure to ammonia, refrigeration, and/or PSM compliance systems
