Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow the team by coaching engineers, supporting clear growth paths, and managing performance.
  • •Translate ambiguous outcomes into roadmaps, sequencing work, managing risk, and delivering reliably.
  • •Provide technical leadership through architecture and design reviews for high-scale, event-driven transactional systems.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, and business domains to shape customer solutions and influence technical trade-offs.
  • •Ensure production-grade stability including testing standards, humane on-call loads, CI/CD, and observability; adopt AI tools safely in development workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role, leading and supporting engineers.
  • •Experience working in fintech or the financial services industry.
  • •Experience building/operating distributed systems at scale with technical depth (AWS, event-driven architecture, APIs).
  • •Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including agile development processes.
  • •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
