Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Business Intelligence project design, execution, and delivery in line with BI delivery standards and data governance.
  • •Collaborate with MAFR functions to identify business challenges and develop BI/data analytics solutions and actionable projects.
  • •Supervise Power BI development and governance, including real-time updates, workspaces, applications, datasets, flows, and KPI monitoring with CI/CD.
  • •Develop and maintain the MAFR Business Intelligence glossary book (KPIs, measures, variables, tables/views, dimensions, naming conventions).
  • •Design BI RLS/PLS/OLS architecture and improve processes by automating manual work and optimizing data delivery and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/engineering/math or related technical discipline.
  • •7+ years in a senior BI developer role delivering complex, enterprise-level BI solutions and performance/learning analytics.
  • •Proficient in statistical programming languages such as R/Python/SQL.
  • •Strong experience with visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
  • •Good knowledge of algorithm/modelling techniques such as logistic/linear regression, clustering, decision trees, random forest, SVM, and KNN.
