Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and review EPM data uploads across countries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
  • •Follow up on missing information and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • •Analyse structures, cost estimates, budgets, controls, and related financial information to support FP&A decision-making.
  • •Perform and coordinate monthly reconciliations to align ERP and HFM balances with the EPM tool and drive anomalies to resolution.
  • •Prepare and maintain SOPs, standard templates, reports, and status trackers; generate insights and execute EPM processes and reports for management review.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Com / B.Com (Hons) / M.Com with 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, cost management, or finance transformation activities.
  • •MBA in Finance would be an advantage.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills with understanding of data structures, data flows, and financial planning.
  • •Knowledge of Anaplan or Hyperion tools would be an advantage.
  • •Experience with data reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination would be preferred.
