Job Summary

Work in the GCC pre-sales team, advising clients on deployment and customization of cybersecurity solutions at the customer site. Lead Proof of Concepts, scoping and architecting (HLD/LLD), proposals, and technical trainings for channel partners and clients. Serve as a trusted technical advisor, manage expectations through RFIs/RFPs, and ensure pilots and subscriptions succeed, with a major focus on XDR and Threat Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Build strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, field sales, channel partners, engineering teams, and marketing to support business development activities.
•Run pre-sales activities including Proof of Concepts, solution scoping and architecting (HLD/LLD), building BOQs, writing proposals, and delivering technical presentations.
•Act as a trusted technical advisor by aligning customer technical/business objectives with Group-IB products and defining/manage client expectations for outcomes and deliverables.
•Prepare sales bid documentation by responding to complex RFIs and RFPs, and elaborate customer product implementation architecture.
•Ensure solution success during pilots and subscription by aligning to client use-cases, integration needs, success criteria, and post-sales support; qualify sales opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10+ years of experience in Information Security pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a similar senior customer-facing role.
•Strong hands-on knowledge of networking fundamentals and technologies (e.g., routing/switching, DNS, DHCP, IP, SSL, VPN, VLAN).
•Proficiency across cybersecurity solutions including NTA, IPS/IDS, firewalls, email security, sandboxing, antivirus/EDR, XDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
•Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK.
•Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
