Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a technical authority for connected solutions and AI-driven multi-domain architectures to deliver transformative customer outcomes
•Lead and influence global, cross-functional teams (PMs, PgMs, SDMs, CEs, TLs, and customer stakeholders) to ensure successful delivery of complex solutions
•Shape and lead strategic engagements with executives, aligning technology with business transformation and ethical AI considerations
•Guide customers through transformative decisions by applying deep understanding of business models, life cycles, and market dynamics
•Oversee post-sales activities (adoption acceleration, expansion planning, renewals) to ensure sustained success and measurable business impact

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree + 12 years of related experience, or Master’s + 8 years, or PhD + 5 years (equivalent relevant work experience)
•Expert level (e.g., CCIE) or equivalent relevant certification expected
•Deep technical expertise across multiple architecture domains (Cisco and other vendors) with proficiency in AI/ML solutions, data platforms, and security frameworks
•Ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to deliver complex, multi-architecture solutions
•Mentor and train junior technical resources and contribute to training programs for new or junior team members
