Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and execute visual merchandising layouts and displays that align with Max brand guidelines across the Mall of Egypt location.
•Coordinate with store operations to ensure timely setup of seasonal campaigns and promotions.
•Analyze sales and merchandising performance to optimize product placement and stock flow.
•Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to implement campaigns and window displays.
•Maintain store aesthetics, cleanliness, and safety standards while maximizing customer engagement.

Key Requirements

•Experience in visual merchandising or retail display planning (fashion/apparel retail preferred)
•Ability to create compelling product layouts and seasonal window/door displays
•Strong eye for color, texture, and storytelling aligned with Max Brand guidelines
•Collaboration with store operations, buying, and marketing teams to execute plans
•Attention to detail and ability to work under store-level timelines and restrictions
