Job Summary

Drive manufacturing development for thermal and mechanical components, partnering with R&D, operations, suppliers, and quality to move designs from early development through NPI and mass production. Ensure supplier readiness, DFM closure, and line readiness (tooling, processes, fixtures, testing equipment, automation). Identify manufacturing risks, manage component maturity (yield and quality), qualify new suppliers/technologies, and collaborate on supplier technology roadmaps to support NVIDIA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver robust, efficient supplier manufacturing for thermal and mechanical components from NPI through mass production.
•Ensure supplier readiness (mature manufacturing lines, tooling readiness, stabilized yields) from the first build.
•Coordinate DFM from early design stage through closure.
•Analyze manufacturing/build risks and ensure manufacturing line readiness (tooling, processes, fixtures, testing equipment, automation).
•Own component maturity (yield/quality) and resolve manufacturing concerns while aligning supplier technology roadmaps to NVIDIA requirements.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or equivalent experience.
•10+ years of experience in manufacturing processes such as liquid systems, metal/plastic die casting, sheet metal, and optics.
•Proven experience working with mechanical suppliers in NPI and mass production, including implementing new processes and validating/qualifying new suppliers.
•Ability to understand and implement new, first-in-market technologies.
•Independence to lead tasks from beginning to closure, including performing in fast-paced environments.
