Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements including MSAs, DPAs, SaaS terms, NDAs, and partner/vendor contracts.
  • •Run deals with Sales and Revenue from first draft through signature, escalating harder points and providing contract-risk guidance.
  • •Set up and run contract lifecycle management (repository, naming, version control, renewal/expiry tracking) and automate routine workflows.
  • •Support corporate and compliance work including entity management, board documentation, policies/frameworks, and audit readiness across jurisdictions.
  • •Handle data privacy (GDPR and global frameworks) and day-to-day IP/licensing questions, including open source licensing and sub-processor records.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years of post-qualification experience, in-house tech/SaaS and/or private practice.
  • •Qualified to practise law in a relevant jurisdiction.
  • •Hands-on commercial contracting experience drafting and negotiating SaaS terms without close supervision.
  • •Working knowledge of GDPR and willingness to expand into privacy, employment, IP, and corporate work.
  • •Exposure beyond contracting (privacy, corporate, IP, or compliance) and ability to operate in a startup/scale-up environment.
