Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and review mechanical design for wastewater and water infrastructure/treatment projects, including site surveys and liaison with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • •Deliver pumping station designs, headloss calculations, pumping system analysis, pump selection, and designs for screens, grit removal plant, penstocks, valves, and odour control systems.
  • •Own project design stages from Feasibility through Outline, Detail, and Construction Design, ensuring compliance with national and international design standards.
  • •Collaborate with other discipline teams nationwide to deliver technical solutions and communicate effectively with clients and collaborators throughout design and planning.
  • •Support bids and proposals, ensure quality of client deliverables (calculations, drawings, technical reports), and act as a technical mentor to more junior staff.
