Job Summary

Support Pernod Ricard Benelux’s HR team in Brussels by processing accurate monthly payroll for Belgium and the Netherlands for about 100 employees in collaboration with external partners. Oversee the Benelux company car fleet and deliver payroll/HR reporting, data quality, and process improvements using HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full monthly payroll cycle for Belgium and the Netherlands in collaboration with SD Worx and other external partners.
•Ensure compliance with Belgian and Dutch payroll legislation, social security rules, and fiscal requirements; maintain and update payroll and employee records.
•Respond to employee and manager inquiries on payroll, benefits, taxation, absences, and time registration; conduct payroll controls and coordinate corrections.
•Oversee Benelux company car fleet operations (orders, deliveries, renewals, returns, damages) and monitor costs and usage; prepare fleet reports.
•Coordinate expat and international mobility cases and support employee benefits administration, while preparing payroll/HR reports, dashboards, KPIs, and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, payroll, accounting, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration for Belgium; Dutch payroll experience is a strong asset.
•Strong understanding of Belgian payroll legislation and willingness to build knowledge of Dutch regulations (training foreseen).
•High affinity for data with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
•Proficiency with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and Microsoft Office; fluent in Dutch and English (French is an advantage).
