Serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customers’ financial goals, recommend deposit and other banking products, and ensure accurate, efficient transaction processing while balancing daily. Provide exemplary customer service by resolving issues, educating customers on deposit products, following up on leads/referrals, and referring customers to other bank areas while adhering to operational, risk, security, and regulatory policies.
