Senior Product Manager to shape and prioritize AI-native product initiatives for Broccoli AI, owning end-to-end delivery from discovery through rollout and measurement. You’ll balance enterprise and SMB needs, drive go-to-market coordination, and ensure successful customer adoption of AI agents in the home services space.

Key Responsibilities

•AI PM agent: build and leverage an AI agent that ingests tickets, call transcripts, Linear, and product metrics to surface what matters, enabling synthesis and judgment.
•Prioritization: manage tradeoffs across new products, feature requests, enterprise vs. SMB needs, and expanding verticals; provide a defensible view of what’s most important.
•Founder leverage: bring structure and insight to strategic conversations to help founders make faster, better decisions.
•Specs and mockups: write specs around the why and produce basic mockups to move engineering quickly.
•Launch and go-to-market: coordinate with customer success, sales, and marketing when features ship, ensuring enablement and customer communications

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High-agency: bring structure to ambiguity, move without being told, and own outcomes end to end.
•Strong business judgment: get to the real need underneath a customer request and prioritize based on P&L impact, not loudest voice.
•AI-first: default to what’s now possible and have built agents or AI-powered workflows yourself.
•5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth B2B environment (Series A–C) preferred
•Experience coordinating cross-functional launches with customer success, sales, and marketing to enable adoption and success
