Key Responsibilities

•Provide escalation support by clarifying problem descriptions and supporting service order actions.
•Report VoC to product teams and assist in new product/service development.
•Participate in new product/service rollout tasks, beta test plans, and creation of knowledge documents.
•Perform node-level analysis within a single domain following predefined paths and review results with others.
•Support data analysis and customer demonstrations, sharing findings with the team and upholding operational excellence.

Key Requirements

•BSc in technical field with limited experience.
•Basic ability to resolve issues that have known solutions within a limited domain.
•Ability to contribute to service order actions and clarify problem descriptions.
•Ability to report VoC to product teams and participate in beta tests.
•Willingness to work on sustaining, NPI or customer projects (field or HQ).
