HVAC Field Service Service Technician

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined market, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up commercial HVAC systems. Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to plan on-site work, diagnose issues using air conditioning theory and mechanical layouts, and perform repairs using blueprints and hand tools. Enforce safety standards, manage company assets, and support flexible scheduling with occasional overnight stays.
