Job Summary

Lead the development and implementation of the company’s marketing strategy aligned to business goals, translating priorities into actionable initiatives. Drive VIPCEM brand positioning and participate in rebranding and brand transformation projects. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in developing the marketing strategy aligned to business goals and map strategic priorities into actionable initiatives.
•Lead implementation of the approved marketing strategy.
•Support VIPCEM brand positioning and participate in rebranding and brand transformation projects.
•Develop corporate and product presentations, create B2B marketing materials, and supervise quality and consistency of external communications.
•Provide marketing support to the sales team, collaborate with external contractors, and conduct market/competitor/trend analysis with recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Higher education in Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields.
•2–3 years of marketing experience (B2B or industrial sector preferred).
•Solid understanding of marketing strategy and branding principles.
•Strong command of marketing tools and communication platforms for product positioning and promotion.
•Proficiency in English (Upper Intermediate) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare analytical reports and presentations.
