Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate successful project execution by aligning scope, schedule, budget, and delivery objectives with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and stakeholders.
  • •Implement and maintain project controls to track performance, identify risks, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • •Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, issue logs, and action trackers to support project governance.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders and support collaboration across US and India teams through meetings, workshops, and progress reviews.
  • •Support the full project lifecycle, including initiation/planning/budgeting, WBS/resource coordination, compliance monitoring, closeout, change management, and procurement/contract tracking using ERP systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Relevant project management experience in the AEC industry, typically 9–14 years.
  • •Strong communication with clear command of spoken and written English.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI.
  • •Comfortable supporting US and international project teams and working across time zones.
