Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop reactive and proactive communications strategies to protect and enhance Honeywell’s reputation.
  • •Draft and oversee media statements, holding statements, FAQs, talking points, executive communications, and stakeholder messaging.
  • •Manage media inquiries and serve as a spokesperson when appropriate.
  • •Partner with Legal, Security, HR, Government Relations, Investor Relations, and business leaders to develop integrated response strategies and ensure alignment with policies and disclosure obligations.
  • •Measure communications effectiveness using media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and performance reporting; use data and AI-enabled tools to improve response speed and strengthen crisis preparedness.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience leading crisis communications.
  • •Proven track record developing and executing communication strategies.
  • •Experience managing media relations and crisis communication.
  • •Familiarity with crisis management, reputation management, and risk communications frameworks.
