Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Centre Manager and wider leadership team with the day-to-day operation of the leisure centre.
  • •Take responsibility for shift management to maintain a safe, efficient and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
  • •Lead and support lifeguarding and housekeeping/facility presentation standards throughout the centre.
  • •Manage incidents, accidents and emergencies, including investigations and follow-up actions.
  • •Support colleague training, induction and development, and help drive growth and continuous improvement through stock management and rota planning.

  • •Hold a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
