Job Summary

Provide on-premises audio/visual event support for AVI-SPL customers at customer sites. You’ll set up and break down conference spaces, perform preventative maintenance (including cable and hardware testing/repair), and install or support control programs (AMX/Crestron/Firmware) with upload/download and minor edits. Troubleshoot audio/video/presentation systems, support networked devices, document work, train end users, and travel to job sites, including occasional after-hours/weekend coverage.
