Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage alerts in the material call-off process, including rescheduling, coverage issues, and short reporting.
  • •Oversee ordering workflow by converting requisitions to purchase orders, issuing orders to suppliers, and tracking confirmations.
  • •Review daily metrics for inbound delivery shortages, material concerns, escalations, and unconfirmed purchase orders.
  • •Coordinate internal and external communication through SAP and digital channels, including tolling and subcontracting activities.
  • •Monitor supplier OTIF performance, maintain failure codes, and support investigations, corrective actions, and master data updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (or related field) or equivalent practical experience in material planning, logistics, procurement, or customer care.
  • •First experience in supply chain planning or procurement/customer care, with transferable skills from related roles.
  • •Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP experience is beneficial but not required.
  • •Strong Excel skills; familiarity with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • •Fluency in English and French is required (Polish not required).
