Assistant Manager Demand Planning

Lead demand planning and replenishment for Tmart stores and warehouses across Egypt, ensuring accurate inventory and purchase forecasting while optimizing aging stock. Manage and develop a team of 4 demand planners and oversee the transition to a 3PL setup, including partner relations and service levels. Own holding stock value, coordinate with commercial and operations teams to protect supply continuity, and drive actionable insights and initiatives to maintain availability aligned to business plans.
