Key Responsibilities

•Maintain, install, update, and secure network environments using Cisco products (Cisco IOS, routers, Layer 2/access layer switches, ISE, Firepower, ACI) and related components (F5, Palo Alto, VMware NSX, Splunk).
•Perform DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) validations and use ACAS to monitor security postures.
•Manage cable systems and develop workflows for Cisco-based assets, collaborating with developers to build required workflows within ServiceNow.
•Configure and reconfigure network applications, maintain LAN/WAN environments, manage network security, and process IT service requests and trouble tickets.
•Create and maintain network diagrams and SOPs, manage the lifecycle of network devices, provide monthly status reports, and support scheduled/unscheduled outages as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Active TS/SCI clearance.
•Meet DoD 8140.03-M Intermediate Proficiency Level requirements.
•Hold one 8570 IAT-II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) and a current Cisco CCNP certification.
•At least 5 years of DoD network engineering experience (or 8 years total), with experience managing Cisco routers and switches.
•Experience managing Cisco Firepower, Cisco ACI and ISE, Palo Alto firewalls, plus Splunk/ACAS/WhatsUpGold, F5, and VMware NSX; strong use of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office.
