Job Summary

Provide first-line security operations support by monitoring client infrastructure and solutions, investigating incidents, and routing them to the correct resolver group. Help ensure zero missed SLA conditions through proactive identification of issues, maintenance coordination, and incident escalation. Build and manage SIEM content outputs (filters, correlation rules, reports, queries), update knowledge articles, and support automation and continuous process improvements as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to maintain security operations.
•Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur, and recognize common incidents and opportunities to reduce incidents.
•Investigate first-line incidents, determine root causes, and manage incident resolution and requests.
•Provide telephonic or chat support to clients when required and follow handover procedures for shift changes.
•Schedule maintenance windows for patching/configuration changes, report/escalate incidents, update knowledge articles, and support automation/process improvements.

Key Requirements

•BE/BTech in Electronics/EC/EE/CS/IT engineering.
•At least one security certification such as CCNA Security, CCSA, CEH, or CompTIA.
•Minimum 2 years of experience handling security products and services, preferably SIEM solutions.
•Knowledge of security devices including firewalls, IPS, Web Application Firewall, DDoS, EDR, incident response, and SOAR.
•Ability to construct SIEM content (filters, active lists, correlation rules, reports, queries) and perform packet-level analysis with networking security knowledge.
