Operations Management Trainee - Nashville Plant

Support day-to-day production and operational performance through data analysis, independent judgment, and cross-functional teamwork. You’ll analyze performance results, identify trends and risks, and recommend improvements across safety, quality, yield, and efficiency. Partner with teams such as HR, Maintenance, FSQA, and Accounting, troubleshoot operational issues, and help drive continuous improvement, while building leadership capability for future supervisor roles.
