Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in requirements discussion, test planning, test scenarios, test cases and test data creation, and execution of testing plan per Mastercard standards.
  • •Design and develop test automation scenarios to validate system-to-system interfaces and complete software solutions (API, UI, performance, compatibility and security tests).
  • •Interact with business and development stakeholders to define test plans and schedules; translate complex requirements into test requirements and testing methods.
  • •Own responsibility for defect management and oversight and escalation of issues discovered during the testing phase.
  • •Provide technical support and mentoring to junior team members and perform demos of new product functionality to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
  • •Proven industry experience of 6 to 9 years in Software quality engineering and automation.
  • •Technical skills in Java, Selenium, Cucumber/Jbehave, Soap UI, Jmeter, Spring framework, REST, JSON, Eclipse, GIT.
  • •Experience testing APIs (REST and SOAP), web user interface, and/or reports.
  • •Experience in implementing CI/CD build pipelines with tools like Git/Bit Bucket, Jenkins and Maven.
