Systems Engineer

Support the sales organization across pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales activities within a defined territory. Serve as the primary technical resource on sales calls, qualify technical leads, and educate customers on features, specifications, functionality, and integrations. After sales, act as the lead technical contact for account issues, partnering with technical support and engineering to resolve problems and provide customer training.
