Lead and grow a high-performance enterprise sales team in Australia, shaping go-to-market strategy for fintech/payments solutions. Build and coach a scalable sales organization, manage KPIs and compensation, and drive complex deals from prospecting to contract, influencing product and strategy through close collaboration with Strategy, Legal, Finance and Product.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage a top‑performing enterprise sales team and guide team members to succeed at targets and collaborate effectively
•Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies tailored to target verticals and named companies to drive sales funnel conversion
•Set team and individual KPIs, design compensation plans and hold team members accountable
•Identify emerging markets, segments and prospects, and refine account and territory plans
•Lead complex commercial cycles, negotiating agreements and contracts with Legal, Finance and Strategy through to execution

Key Requirements

•10+ years of sales experience in enterprise technology, preferably in fintech or payments, with at least 5 years building and managing teams
•Proven experience selling complex, API‑driven or infrastructure‑level solutions to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
•Broad existing network of key decision makers for payments solutions at target prospects in Australia
•Strong people leadership skills with a track record of attracting, developing and retaining top‑tier enterprise sales talent
•Willingness to travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) to achieve commercial and customer outcomes
