Job Summary

Ensure Environment, Health & Safety compliance across federal, state, and local regulations for a complex manufacturing environment. Apply EH&S processes and lead improvements, including hazard identification, risk assessment, regulatory reviews, and compliance audits. Collect and analyze EHS data for trends, prepare regulatory reports and permit applications, and develop and deliver EH&S training programs. Collaborate with site EH&S and Operations and support cross-functional committees.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure company compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations across federal, state, and local requirements by developing and deploying EH&S policies, systems, programs, and processes.
•Apply EH&S processes and procedures and implement improvements to established procedures.
•Perform hazard identification, hazard evaluation, risk assessment, and control method application; conduct regulatory review and impacts analysis and lead process changes.
•Conduct site inspections and participate in compliance audits; lead compliance audits for low to moderate complexity sites.
•Collect and analyze EH&S data for trends; prepare regulatory reports and permit applications; develop and execute EH&S training programs and associated documentation and recordkeeping.

Salary: USD 95,500 - 181,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years of experience.
•Manufacturing work setting experience.
•Knowledge of EH&S processes and the ability to apply methods for hazard identification, hazard evaluation, risk assessment, and control.
•Ability to conduct regulatory review and impacts analysis, and lead process changes as needed.
•Experience leading or supporting site inspections, compliance audits, and regulatory reporting/permit applications.
