Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with the client and other consultants across all project stages.
  • •Manage project planning, governance, performance management techniques, and reporting including budget progress.
  • •Oversee financial management such as prompt client invoicing and monitoring project financial status using the financial system.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10+ years of relevant construction experience, including on-site construction experience.

  • •Demonstrated ability to manage demanding stakeholders and work stream managers.
  • •College degree in Construction Management or a related field, and PMP certification (or equivalent related experience).
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a highly effective client-facing role.
