Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end corporate finance function, overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, bank reconciliations, General Ledger, and tax compliance (VAT and corporate tax).
  • •Own and standardize month-end/quarter-end/year-end close processes and manage revenue recognition for construction, branding/license/royalty, and technical service agreements.
  • •Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis, and partner with corporate department heads to identify cost optimization and efficiency opportunities.
  • •Own group quarterly and annual consolidated reporting, including consolidated/standalone statutory financial statements across jurisdictions aligned to IFRS, US GAAP, and local frameworks, and lead audit processes with external partners.
  • •Manage, mentor, and develop the Corporate Finance team; design and enforce accounting policies, financial SOPs, governance frameworks, and risk management controls.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably within hospitality.
  • •Experience with corporate office functions of large business groups and working across real estate businesses.
  • •Strong accounting knowledge, including statutory reporting and technical accounting in line with IFRS and US GAAP.
  • •Experience with ERPs and reporting tools such as Oracle, JDE, Iscala, and Hyperion.
  • •Accounting designation such as CPA/CA/CMA and experience working with Big 4 external audit partners.
