Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; diagnose issues using data from multiple makes and models.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment.
  • •Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed daily.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts, and travel to customer job sites when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, with experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate a company vehicle.
