Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests and cultivate repeat business while suggestively selling beverages and menu items.
  • •Prepare beverages per standard recipes and venue specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with control systems.
  • •Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, prioritize and organize drink orders, and record equipment failures or safety hazards.
  • •Serve alcohol responsibly by refusing service to intoxicated guests and checking identification for guests appearing under 30.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, maintain sanitation, complete required bar log procedures, and process cash pull/check-out and comp/spill checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete a pour test and mixology drill (timed) and maintain fast-paced bar performance.
  • •Hold Required Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification (or equivalent) and comply with responsible alcohol service laws and company policies.
  • •Provide cash handling, guest checks, and POS payment processing according to company policy.
  • •Ability to work late hours with a flexible schedule and occasionally support special events at the venue.
  • •Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs and maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards.
