Interact with guests in a friendly, natural manner while preparing and serving beverages and processing orders at the point-of-sale terminal. Maintain responsible alcohol service by checking IDs, managing intoxication, and following local ordinance and company policies. Keep bar sanitation and safety standards, complete opening/running/closing duties, and handle cash, bartender bank tasks, and special events as scheduled.
