Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end across the company, including clinical (Care Navigators), commercial, engineering/data, and operations. Source, screen, sell, and close candidates while building proactive pipelines across diverse talent pools. Partner with founders on role scoping, compensation benchmarking, and hiring priorities, and run a fast, high-ownership process. Also build the employer brand so great candidates actively want to join.
