Lead, Hardware Deployment Engineer

Own end-to-end bring-up of GPU compute hardware for large AI training clusters, leading a dedicated in-house team for L11 rack integration, post-L11 repair, and health sustainment across multiple data halls. Drive aggressive deployment timelines, internalize non-RMA repairs to reduce downtime, enforce vendor SLAs, and perform root-cause analysis with corrective actions. The role is based in Memphis and requires hands-on, on-site execution during critical bring-up phases.
