Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and analyze opportunities to improve Finance and Accounting processes, including reviewing processes, controls, data flows, and pain points.
  • •Research and contribute to process, system, and architecture solutions aligned with Finance strategy and business needs.
  • •Partner with IT teams as a liaison between IT and business users to deliver value-added solutions and manage priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
  • •Support project execution through data analysis and cleanup, performance/benefit tracking, issue resolution, and test plan development including UAT.
  • •Assist with implementation and change management through training/adoption, and develop finance pre- and post-close subject-matter expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of finance or accounting experience, with exposure to investment accounting, corporate accounting, FP&A, tax, or forecasting/budgeting.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of finance/accounting processes, controls, and data flows; able to identify improvement opportunities and translate needs into requirements.
  • •Ability to manage projects, influence change, balance priorities, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma) and tools such as AI, advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Power Query/Automate.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
