Key Responsibilities

•Review Preventative Maintenance Visit (PMV) cases assigned to you and coordinate them through closure status.
•Update work orders using template language for problem descriptions and dispatch details.
•Communicate with clients via phone and email to determine room availability, and coordinate with internal and vendor teams for successful dispatching.
•Schedule dispatches using ServiceNow or WorkMarket, assess risks/issues, and provide solutions or escalate to management as needed.
•Monitor PMV scheduling and Microsoft email inboxes, maintain documentation, and send final closure notifications with completed records.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-year similar Project Coordinator experience (preferred).
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) with internal and external stakeholders.
•Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities and meet deadlines.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including managing sensitive and confidential information.
