Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate distributor programs covering inventory, point of sale, rebates, MAP Admin, Seismic portal, price management, co-op funding, training proficiency certification, stock programs, and sales incentives.
  • •Provide distributor resources and maintain/update program tools, onboarding checklists, templates, documentation, policies, and procedures in a self-serve portal.
  • •Administer distributor communications and engagement, including maintaining MAP process with KPIs/templates and supporting distributor meetings and updates.
  • •Partner with internal Channel, Sales, and SBU leadership to develop and distribute channel PowerPoint templates and communicate pricing/discount schedule changes.
  • •Share distributor insights to improve program effectiveness, identify streamlining opportunities, and implement best practices.
