Job Summary

Support the Wellness Center in Midland by assisting at the front desk, tracking memberships using Club Sentry, and supervising cardio and strength areas of the facility. Lead new-member orientations with hands-on safety and facility guidance, perform opening/closing and safety-related procedures, and help instruct group exercise classes. Serve as coverage for facility orientations and assist with wellness programs while working a flexible daytime schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide new member facility orientations, including safety/emergency information and hands-on walkthroughs.
•Manage facility operations such as opening/closing, work order requests, safety evacuation procedures, and equipment maintenance logs.
•Supervise cardio and strength areas and assist participants with exercise equipment instruction.
•Handle Wellness Center front desk customer assistance and support membership tracking using Club Sentry.
•Assist with wellness programs and instruct group fitness classes; provide facility coverage and orientations.

Key Requirements

•Legally authorized to work in the United States.
•1+ years of experience in a fitness-related field.
•Intermediate proficiency in MS O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
•Ability to work a flexible schedule between 5:00am-7:00pm Monday through Friday and some weekends as needed.
•Preferred: Current CPR, First Aid and AED certification.
